How is it calculated?
Computes Brazilian CLT severance using 2026 INSS and income tax brackets (Law 15.270/2025). Proportional notice (Law 12.506/2011) adds 3 days per full year on dismissal without cause (or half under Art. 484-A mutual agreement) and projects +1/12 onto vacation and 13th salary when indemnified. Indemnified vacation payouts are tax-exempt.
